Ice-cream for breakfast is a real thing. Here’s our recipe for simple vegan ice-cream with no added sugar or junk.
2 cups frozen mango
1 cup frozen blueberries
1 cup organic kombucha
2 tablespoons of cashew butter or other nut butter if preferred
How To Make
Whizz all ingredients in a high powered blender (we use Vitamix) and eat straightaway with vegan yoghurt.
Topping suggestions: gluten free/grain free granola, fruit, raw nuts/seeds, vegan chocolate topping, chopped raw treats, 100 percent dark chocolate shavings
