Do you want to eat pancakes every day? We do! And that’s why we scour menus at cafes and recipe books for ways we can eat pancakes all the time!
Well, Yonder at Queenstown has delivered the goods with their Blueberry and Lemon Pancakes (pictured). The creation of Head Chefs Harry Payne and Merika Connal, you NEED to try these vegan buckwheat pancakes layered with blueberry compote, vegan lemon curd, vegan orange and mint compound butter, freeze dried blueberries, coconut labne, lime crumb, mint, poppy seeds and maple syrup. Buckwheat is a fantastic gluten free option because it is a seed not a grain and has a high nutritional content. Nice choice team Yonder!
Yonder is “hell-bent on bringing Good Time dining to the masses in Queenstown, New Zealand“. We are hell-bent on eating pancakes every day, so it’s a perfect match.
Yonder is renowned for its “large array of healthy and indulgent delights“. The kitchen loves to cater to “eclectic tastes perfectly“. All their breads, pastries, sauces and marinades are made in-house and from scratch. This is how you make pancakes an every day affair.
Yonder’s new winter menu launches on 22 June 2021, just in time for the snow season in Queenstown. Imagine snowboarding up at the Remarks, then coming back to town for pancakes that are healthy and ridiculously delicious. The chefs have even created a special version just for kids, with the elements separated so that kids have the fun and the choice of how to create their dish!
